There are tons of well-written books out there by world reknowned pediatricians, etc. Such as "The Complete Guide for Your Baby and Young Child." While it is a wonderful reference source for birth through age 5, it is somewhat lacking in graphics and design. There is a series of books published by Quirk which has that added graphics value, while keeping the topics light and tongue-in-cheek:
- The Baby Owner's Manual
- The Baby Owner's Manual: Games and Activities Book
- The Baby Owner's Manual: Owner's Maintenance Log
- The Toddler Owner's Manual
